In a "normal" year the CSJ's two albergues accommodate more than 6000 pilgrims. Because of the pandemic they were unable to open in 2020. As well as lost income there is the cost of preparing to open when possible in 2021. As the Camino wakes up again it is vital we all keep these facilities for pilgrims going for the future.

These albergues offer traditional hospitality to pilgrims and operate on a donativo basis. The pilgrims who stay in these albergues make a significant contribution to the local communities where they are located.

They are Not for Profit and can only re-open and survive with OUR DONATIONS.
