Constance Storrs Academic Lecture 2017 | “Camino Magic” by Daniel Dolley | Saturday 25th November @ 2pm | London SE1

We are thrilled to announce the title of the annual Constance Storrs lecture for 2017:

Camino Magic: Contemporary Lessons in Faith and Providence on the Way of St James

Daniel Dolley will speak about his inspirational journey from France to Santiago de Compostela – on crutches. During this unusually slow Camino, which took almost three months, more happened to him and to those he met than he feels he knows how to explain, but he says he will do his best to tell some of the stories and to reflect upon what the Way of St James has to say in the modern world about faith, providence, and ‘life after the Camino.’ Daniel gave an earlier version of this talk at the most recent Manchester Practical Pilgrim Day, to unanimous praise and adulation.  A story every pilgrim should hear.

Venue: Blackfriars Settlement, Rushworth Street, London, SE1 0RB

Date and time: Saturday 25th November, 2pm

Price: £5 per person on the door. No need to pre-book.
