A brilliant way to learn more about the camino from people that have done it!
Volunteers will be in the Camino Pilgrim office to chat about all things camino over a tea or coffee. They have lots of experience between them, having walked or cycled many different routes and are the best-placed to answer your questions and alleviate your anxieties. Whether you have only just heard of Santiago and want to know which route is best for you, or you're planning your tenth camino, the volunteers are the ones to talk to!
We can also show you our bookshop and the range of guide books we have for sale, process applications for pilgrim credencials and sign you up to the CSJ to take advantage of the various benefits of membership with us. These include discounts to your first CSJ guide and buff, 15% off at Cotswold Outdoor Centres, discount to Camino Essentials, your pilgrim credencial for free, the Bulletin (our members' magazine), contact with a network of pilgrims both internationally and locally, and opportunities to be trained and volunteer as a warden at one of our pilgrim hostels!
No need to book. Just turn up any time between 11am and 3:30pm!
