We're recruiting a new Membership Secretary! The CSJ trustees are looking for a Membership Secretary manage the administration of our membership CRM database, Maximiser. Summary: 1 day a week on average Home-based, but with occasional trips to our London office – minimum once a quarter; expenses paid Honorarium available Duties: We are looking into streamlining our processes and simplifying this role. We would work with you in how we do this, so there is a certain amount of flexibility. But essential duties will include: Maintaining accurate member records on database, including entering new members, updating existing records and archiving expired ones Tracking subscriptions and donations both online and offline, and recording them on the database Producing information and reports on subscriptions and donations income Filing membership paperwork online Training is available (remote or in-person), but a bit of prior knowledge with the following would be invaluable: Prior experience of a CRM database Experience with website payment providers Experience handling personal data Basic understanding of GDPR Some experience with MS Office programs, especially Excel Confidence with online file sharing Please apply to [email protected] with a CV, or summary of your relevant experience, and covering statement.
