We wish to keep a record of all Confraternity pilgrims who undertake and complete the pilgrimage, route/s taken, and mode of travel. Please complete this form after returning from your Camino (not before you set off). Once you have filled in the form, please click submit. Your response will be sent to Paul Turnbull, CSJ Pilgrim Register Secretary, who compiles the register for the CSJ. We update the register on our website around every six months.
