Where do I get a copy of the form?

You are sent a copy of the form if you order a pilgrim passport from our shop.

When do I fill in my form?

Please send us your form AFTER completion of pilgrimage.

Where do I send the completed form?

To return a paper form by post, please send to the address on the form.

When will my details be added?

We update the register twice a year - currently in January/February and July/August.
