Where do I get a copy of the form?

You are sent a a QR code for the form if you order a pilgrim passport from our shop.

When do I fill in my form?

Please send us your form AFTER completion of pilgrimage.

Where do I send the completed form?

After completing the form, simply press the Send button the bottom of the form and it will be sent directly to Paul. 

When will my details be added?

We update the register twice a year - currently in January/February and July/August.
