The Beds/Bucks/Herts Regional Group met via Zoom during lockdown when a group of local CSJ members came together to keep the Camino spirit alive.

After our wonderful event in Waterford, we have planned our next event to be held on Zoom. Sharing our Camino Experiences on Zoom will be held at 7pm on Monday 14^th September 2026, and is open to everyone in the Bucks Beds and Herts Regional Group. We look forward to sharing our Camino experiences… so grab a glass of something and join us!

Recent Events

To relaunch the group, a special event was been planned on Saturday 30th May 2026 around the Hertford area. We met at Waterford Village Hall for coffee at 10:30 am where we may leave our cars and use the toilet. We then walked a short distance to the church of St Michael & All Angels in Waterford High Road, Waterford, Hertfordshire, SG14 2PS to see and hear about the amazing Edwardian mosaics and pre-Raphaelite stain glass windows, including the designs of Edward Burne-Jones.

We then enjoyed a 4 mile circular walk to the village of Stapleford. This is an easy walk through Stapleford Heath and alongside the River Beane before returning to Waterford for tea and cake where there was live music in the Church to enjoy. It was a great day out!
